About Us

Our Motto

“We are blessed to serve you!”

Our Mission

We are a Christian family owned and operated auto repair facility.  We provide full automotive service and maintenance on Asian, American and Hybrid vehicles.  Our goal is to build long term relationships with our clients through honesty and trust.  We focus on preventative maintenance, as we want everyone to enjoy their vehicle to its greatest potential.

Our Story

Michael and Jennifer Griest moved to Riverview, FL from San Diego, CA in 2005.  The plan was to open an auto repair facility to service the South Shore area.  The goal was to bring a fresh feel to a distrusted industry.

Our Qualifications

Besides business ownership and management, Michael Griest is an ASE Master Technician with  over 30 years of experience in the auto repair industry.  Over 20 of those years have been dedicated to Asian vehicles, and this is his passion.  Jennifer has 20+ years in office, retail management, and various other areas.  She handles the “back office” demands, builds client relationships, schedules work, attends social networking opportunities, and markets the business.

What is an ASE certified technician?

There is an organization called “ASE” which stands for automotive service excellence. This organization handles all the certifying for our industry. There are different areas in which technicians can take and pass the exams to become “certified” in a certain area, such as brakes, engines, transmissions, electrical, etc. Technicians that have passed eight individual exams, are certified as an ASE master certified technician.

Our Team

A HUGE WELCOME to Troy Merkl, who joined us on August 14th, 2017!  He is an ASE Master Tech with 20+ years experience!  We are so pleased to have him working with us!

Our Family

Michael & Jennifer met in 2001.  They married in 2002.  They have 4 children; 2 girls and 2 boys.  Some days you can find them at work helping Mom & Dad. However, they are growing and tend to enjoy their space at home better.  The family homeschools and their oldest daughter attends the local community college. We also welcomed our first grandchild, a girl, in November 2016.  The family has attended RiverStone Church since 2007 and volunteer/support many service programs.  They love being apart of the South Shore Community!
